At 99Edge Limited, we strive to provide the best service possible. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel your service. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations to ensure fairness to both parties.
Cancellation by Customers
- Notice Period
1.1 Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the commencement date of the service will receive a full refund
1.2 Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the commencement date of the service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
1.3 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the commencement date of the service will not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Cancel
2.1 Cancellations can be made by contacting our customer service team at info@the99edge.com.
2.2 Please provide your name, service details, and the scheduled date and time of the service when requesting a cancellation.
3. Refunds:
3.1 Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation notice.
3.2 Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
3.3 Please note that any costs incurred by 99Edge Limited in the provision of the service will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation by 99Edge Limited
- Service Adjustments:
1.1 99Edge Limited reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or staff unavailability.
1.2 If 99Edge Limited needs to cancel or reschedule a service, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance and provide options for rescheduling or a full refund.
2. Non-compliance:
2.1 Services may be cancelled by 99Edge Limited if the customer fails to comply with the service requirements or terms and conditions set forth at the time of booking.
2.2 No refund will be provided if the cancellation is due to non-compliance by the customer.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
- Emergencies;
In cases of genuine emergencies (e.g., medical emergencies, or natural disasters), please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases on an individual basis and may provide a refund or reschedule without penalty.
2. Recurring Services:
For customers subscribed to recurring services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next scheduled service to avoid being charged for that service period.
