General Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service delivery date.
- Refunds will only be considered for services that have not been fully delivered or where there is a demonstrable deficiency in the service provided.
- Non-Refundable Services
- Customized services that have been fully executed based on your specific requirements.
- Services involving third-party costs (e.g., paid advertisements, third-party software subscriptions) where the costs have already been incurred.
Specific Services
- Tech & Product Services
- Refunds will be issued for undelivered or partially delivered projects if a cancellation request is received within the first 30 days after the commencement of the project.
- Digital Marketing Services
- Refunds for social media management, content writing, DM management, and graphics design will be issued on a prorated basis for the remaining period of the contract if a cancellation request is made within 30 days of service initiation.
3. Recruitment Services
Refunds will not be issued once the recruitment process has commenced. However, we offer a free replacement guarantee if the recruited candidate leaves within 90 days of hiring.
4. HR Services
- Refunds will be issued for undelivered or partially delivered HR services if a cancellation request is received within the first 30 days after the commencement of the service.
5. Accounting Services
- Refunds for accounting services will be issued on a prorated basis for the remaining period of the contract if a cancellation request is made within 30 days of service initiation.
Refund Process
- Request Submission
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@the99edge.com with your order details, the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.
- Review and Approval
- Our team will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refund Issuance
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited back to your original method of payment.
