- Tech & Product Services
- Returns will be considered for projects that are incomplete or if the deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications.
- Return requests must be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the issues.
- Digital Marketing Services
- Social Media Management: If the service does not meet the agreed performance metrics, a return or revision will be considered.
- Content Writing: Returns will be accepted if the content does not meet the agreed brief or quality standards.
- DM Management: Returns are not applicable once the service period has commenced.
- Graphics Design: Returns will be considered if the design does not meet the agreed brief, with the possibility of revisions.
- Recruitment Services
- Returns are not applicable once the recruitment process has begun. However, we offer a free replacement guarantee if the hired candidate leaves within 90 days.
4. HR Services
- Returns will be considered if the services do not meet the agreed scope and quality standards. Issues must be reported within 30 days of service delivery.
5. Accounting Services
- Returns will be considered for inaccuracies or errors in the delivered reports or services, provided they are reported within 30 days.
Return Process
